　秋本番を迎え園庭の木々も紅葉を始めました。
一番大きなケヤキは、子どもたちの足元に沢山の葉を落としてくれます。
落ち葉は掃除するのが一般的ですが、フルムーンでは落ち葉を感じながらしっかりと遊ぶことを大切にしているので落ち葉の掃除はなるべく行いません。
葉がしっかりと落ちるのは、木々から子ども達へ「秋だよ、落ち葉を見て見て！」「落ち葉を使って遊んで～」のメッセージだと受け止めます。日々の遊びに落ち葉を取り入れながら沢山遊んで欲しいと思います。
　写真２枚目は、その落ち葉を使った製作です。職員が作ったものですがきっとこんな作品がフルムーンに広がっていくことでしょう！

The trees in the garden have begun to turn red for the fall.
The largest zelkova dropped a lot of leaves at the children’s feet. Although it is common to clean up the fallen leaves, at Full Moon we think that it is important to play with the fallen leaves to get a true feeling of fall.
We try to convey the message to the children that the falling leaves mark the change of the season. “Look everybody, the leaves are falling! It’s autumn, now go and play!” In the photos you can see how we incorporate the fallen leaves into our daily play. The second photo is made using the fallen leaves. It was made by the staff, but I’m sure this kind of work will spread through Full Moon!
