幼児組では、子どもたちのキラリと輝く姿を認め合う[Star of the Week]を行っています。
国際バカロレア（IB）では「１０の学習者像」があります。
それは、
①心を開く人
②コミュニケーションができる人
③バランスのとれた人
④思いやりのある人
⑤挑戦する人
⑥考える人
⑦知識のある人
⑧探究する人
⑨信念をもつ人
⑩振り返りのできる人
その中できらりと輝く姿の子を認め合います。
今回は「⑨信念をもつ人」を認め合いました。
それはStar of the Weekをもらった子が、いつも先生や友だちの話を姿勢良く聞こうとするところです。
外国人講師がその表彰を進めていく中で、
子どもたちは、その言葉（English）をしっかりと聞き、少しずつ、
それが誰なのか、何が輝いていたのかを理解していきます。
本人も自分のことだ！こんなところが輝いていだんだ！
と分かっていき、嬉しそうにはにかんでいました。このStar of the weekを繰り返して行う中で光り輝く子どもたちがどんどん広がって行くことでしょう。

Star of the Week
The Star of the Week Infant Group holds a [Star of the Week] to recognize children’s sparkling achievements.
The International Bacarolea (IB), has 10 Learner Profile Attributes.
Thery are:
① Open Minded
② Communicator
③ Balanced
④ Caring
⑤ Risk Taker
⑥ Thinker
⑦ Knowledgeable
⑧ Inquirers
⑨ Principled
⑩ Reflective
We recognize the child who shines brightly.
This time, we acknowledged “⑨ Principled”,
for the child who received the Star of the Week always tries to listen to the stories of his teachers and friends.
As the foreign teacher presented the award, the children listened carefully to the teacher speaking in English and understood the reason for the award. The children who recieve the award are of course very happy! I got an award! I’m a star! As we continue to present the Star of the week, we are sure that the number of shinning children will continue to grow.
